About the Internship :
Counce International Law Partners LLP is inviting applications for Legal Interns. The internship offers an opportunity to work closely with a fast-growing legal firm and gain hands-on exposure in the Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), and startup ecosystem.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Strong interest in corporate law, startups, and VC/PE transactions
(iv) Strong written and verbal communication skills
(v) Good drafting and research skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
