About the Internship :
We are also accepting applications from law students for an internship in June. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation and research experience at specialised dispute and litigation law firm.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Prior internship experience in civil and commercial litigation
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication
(v) Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Responsibilities:
(i) Legal research and drafting
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
(iv) Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
(v) Client coordination and case management
Duration : Minimum 1 months
