About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Legal Interns for a long-term internship at Office of Forteevra Mishra. The internship is designed for students interested in courtroom litigation, drafting, and real-time legal work, with the possibility of retention based on performance.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication
(v) Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Responsibilities:
(i) Legal research and drafting
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
(iv) Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
(v) Client coordination and case management
Duration : Minimum 2 months
