About the Internship :
K & G Techlaw is invitng applications for the internship opportunity at the firm. We are looking for 4th-year law students who have completed at least two internships in corporate law and possess a strong interest in corporate advisory and transactional work. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal matters, including drafting, due diligence, and compliance work.
Eligibility :
(i) Individuals willing to learn, research, and contribute
(ii) Interest in corporate law and advisory
(iii) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(iv) Minimum 2 prior internships in corporate law.
(v) Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Undertaking research-based assignments
(ii) Assisting in client acquisition strategies
(iii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
