About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at Lawssistance, New Delhi for May-June 2026. Lawssistance is looking for motivated interns to join our Corporate Practice team for the month of *May & June 2026* ! This is a fantastic chance to hone your skills in a professional law firm setting and build a strong foundation in the corporate sector.
Eligibility :
(i) Individuals willing to learn, research, and contribute
(ii) Interest in corporate law and advisory
(iii) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(iv) Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and interest in Corporate Law
(v) Proficiency in MS Word, along with strong communication and discipline
Responsibilities:
(i) Undertaking research-based assignments
(ii) Assisting in client acquisition strategies
(iii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
