About the Internship :
Applications are invited from Final Year Law Students for a long term internship (at least 2 months) at my office in Delhi. The practice primarily involves litigation before the Delhi High Court and other tribunals, with work spanning GST & Customs (Indirect Tax), commercial litigation, corporate disputes, banking litigation and civil matters. The internship is suited for students who are genuinely interested in courtroom litigation and drafting work.
Eligibility :
(i) Individuals willing to learn, research, and contribute
(ii) Final Year Law Students (5th year of a 5-year course / 3rd year of a 3-year course)
(iii) Strong research and drafting skills and Serious inclination towards litigation practice
(iv) Proficiency in MS Word, along with strong communication and discipline
Responsibilities:
(i) Legal research on complex questions of law
(ii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications and legal opinions
(ii) Case law analysis and preparation of briefs
(iii) Exposure to court proceedings and litigation strategy.
