Eligibility :
(i) Reading Kannada is must.
(ii) Law graduates (LLB/LLM)
(iii) Interest or academic exposure in property law, transfer of property act, land acquisition, stamp act, RERA etc.
(iv) Strong communication & negotiation skills
(v) Strong legal drafting, document review, and research skills
(vi) Ability to handle clients empathetically and professionally
Responsibility :
(i) Handling loan & credit card settlement cases
(ii) Drafting legal notices & responses against recovery harassment
(iii) Client counselling and strategy planning
(iv) Familiarity with legal procedures related to property verification and land records
(v) Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
