About the Job :
Sagar Chandra & Associates is a boutique Intellectual Property Law firm with the ability to address issues across India and Internationally. Sagar Chandra & Associates is hiring for their Intellectual Property Rights (Transactional and Litigation Management) team.
Eligibility :
(i) PQE of 4 – 6 years.
(ii) Law graduates (LLB/LLM)
(iii) Interest or academic exposure in IP Law
(iv) Strong communication & negotiation skills
(v) Strong legal drafting, document review, and research skills
(vi) Ability to handle clients empathetically and professionally
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP-related agreements (including assignment deeds, licensing agreements, coexistence agreements, NDAs, etc.)
(ii) Managing end-to-end IP transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution.
(iii) Liasoning with associates and inter teams for trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters.
(iv) Managing IP portfolios and advising on enforcement and protection strategies.
(v) Advising on IP compliance, internal policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
