Eligibility :
(i) Enrolled with the Bar Council of India and holding a valid Bar License.
(ii) PQE: 0–1 Year
(iii) Good drafting and legal research skills.
(iv) Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices.
(v) Hands-on experience with court filings, including e-filing and physical filing.
(vi) Strong courtroom presence and ability to assist in hearings.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and written submissions.
(ii) Conducting comprehensive legal research and case law analysis.
(iii) Assisting in court appearances and client briefings.
(iv) Managing court filings (both physical and e-filing).
(v) Coordinating with clients, counsel, and court officials.
