About the Job :
Aerie Law has opened up applications for lawyers to join their corporate practice team at their office in Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Lawyers with 1–2 years of experience in general corporate advisory
(ii) Fresh law graduates who have a strong foundation in Corporate Law and a clear interest in M&A
(iii) Good drafting and legal research skills.
(iv) Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices.
(v) Hands-on experience with court filings, including e-filing and physical filing.
(vi) Strong courtroom presence and ability to assist in hearings.
Responsibility :
(i) Meaningful, hands-on involvement in transactions and advisory work
(ii) Conducting comprehensive legal research and case law analysis.
(iii) A steep and continuous learning curve
(iv) Exposure to international and cross-border matters
