About the Job :
Application for the position of associate open at Mandla & Singh Law Chambers for immediate hiring.
Eligibility :
(i) PQE- 2+ years (candidates with prior drafting exposure at Supreme Court preferred)
(ii) This position requires a candidate with experience of drafting.
(iii) Good drafting and legal research skills.
(iv) Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices.
(v) Hands-on experience with court filings, including e-filing and physical filing.
(vi) Strong courtroom presence and ability to assist in hearings.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
