About the Job :
The Chamber of Mr Yashraj Singh Bundela, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, and Standing Counsel for the State of Madhya Pradesh, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate at its chamber in New Delhi. The role offers extensive hands-on exposure to litigation primarily before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and also before other courts within Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong inclination towards litigation and Supreme Court practice
(ii) This position requires a candidate with experience of drafting.
(iii) Good drafting and legal research skills.
(iv) Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices.
(v) Hands-on experience with court filings, including e-filing and physical filing.
(vi) Law graduates
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting, case preparation, and assisting in court proceedings.
