Kshetry & Co. is a dynamic legal practice engaged in litigation, advisory, and dispute resolution across multiple forums, including District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. Job applications are invited for Associates at Kshetry & Co. for New Delhi & Kolkata location.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong research, drafting & litigation skills
(ii) This position requires a candidate with experience of drafting.
(iii) Good drafting and legal research skills.
(iv) Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices.
(v) Proficiency with SCC Online, Manupatra, AIR, Westlaw etc.
(vi) Law graduates
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting, case preparation, and assisting in court proceedings.
(v) Handling multi-forum litigation work (District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court)
(vi) Legal research across civil, criminal, commercial, and constitutional matters
Number of Vacancies : 20 Positions
Assessment Period : 18–31 days (with stipend ₹10k–15k) → followed by 3-month probation (₹20k–25k/month)
