About the Internship :
Manthan Law Firm is seeking passionate, dedicated, and motivated law students who are interested in gaining practical exposure in the legal field. The internship is aimed at students with a keen interest in civil and criminal litigation and offers an opportunity to work closely with legal professionals in a dynamic environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Excellent research skills having sound knowledge of major legal search engines such as Manupatra, SCC, etc.
(vi) Candidates should be passionate, dedicated, and motivated to gain practical exposure in the legal field.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Assisting in writ drafting and legal applications
(iii) Assist with drafting and court-related works
(iv) Legal Research & Case Analysis
(v) Provide administrative support for ongoing matters and maintain case files.
Duration : Minimum 2–3 months
