About the Internship :
Maximus Legal is inviting applications for onsite Legal Interns for the months of June. The internship offers exposure across multiple practice areas, including litigation and advisory work, along with hands-on experience in drafting and legal processes.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Basic knowledge of drafting Miscellaneous Applications
(iii) Familiarity with drafting Writ Petitions, Civil Recovery Suits, etc.
(iv) Good communication and drafting abilities
(v) Strong analytical and legal research skills
(vi) Law students with a serious interest in litigation
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 1 months
