About the Internship :
PMLC is inviting applications for a Legal Intern for the month of June 2026 due to an immediate vacancy. This opportunity is ideal for candidates available to join immediately and gain hands-on legal experience.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Basic knowledge of drafting Miscellaneous Applications
(iii) Familiarity with drafting Writ Petitions, Civil Recovery Suits, etc.
(iv) Good communication and drafting abilities
(v) Strong analytical and legal research skills
(vi) Law students with a serious interest in litigation
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 1 months
