About the Internship :

Eligibility:
(i) 3rd year onwards in 5 year course and final year student in 3 year course
- Responsibilities :
(ii) Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive research on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) case law, licensing regulations, and emerging legal trends. - (ii) Drafting & Documentation: Prepare initial drafts for legal notices, commercial agreements, and various statutory legal documents.
- (iii) IP Portfolio Management: Assist in the end-to-end filing process for Trademarks, Copyrights, and other Intellectual Property assets.
- (iv) Advisory Support: Provide backend support for client advisory services, including due diligence and compliance mapping.
