About the Internship :
Law Office of Vinod Anand, Advocate, is hiring a Legal Intern. The office primarily handles matters pertaining to Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, and Negotiable Instruments Act cases, along with a variety of other matters. The internship will offer practical exposure to litigation, drafting, and procedural work before the High court of Delhi, all district courts, and the NCDRC.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
Responsibilities :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
Duration : 1 Month
