About the Internship :
The office of Mr. Rajiv Agarwal, Advocate, is inviting applications for in-office/physical internships. The core area of practice is Labour and Employment Law, with a strong focus on workers’ rights and social justice. We work with several Trade Unions and represent workers across Delhi NCR. The office regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, and the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Eligibility :
The opportunity is open to students from the III to the V Year of the 5-year B.A. LL.B. programme and II- and III-Year students of the 3-year LL.B. programme.
