About the Internship :
Advocate Aayush Shankar is looking for a remote legal intern for the month of March – April. This is ideal for someone who enjoys law + business, takes initiative, and is genuinely fun to work with.
Eligibility :
(i) Law student (any year)
(ii) Curious about how independent legal practice actually grows
(iii) Comfortable doing both legal work and BD-related tasks
(iv) Proactive, organised, and okay with figuring things out
(v) Responsive on WhatsApp and reliable with work
(vi) Attitude and intent matter more than a perfect CV
Responsibilities :
(i) Legal research (Subject areas – Company Law, Technology Law, Civil, Criminal & International Law)
(ii) Drafting support (notes, briefs, basic agreements)
(iii) Case-law research & short summaries
(iv) Business development assistance (researching prospects, outreach support, follow-ups, tracking leads, etc.)
(v) General legal assistance as and when required
