Internship Opportunity at Office of HMJ R. Mahadevan, Judge, Supreme Court of India

About the Internship :
The internship is being offered by the Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice R. Mahadevan, Judge, Supreme Court of India. Interns will gain exposure to judicial work through legal research, case preparation, and court proceedings.

Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates

Duration : The internship is offered on a rolling basis up to October 2026.
