About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Long tern Internship Opportunity at S&S Legal (Advocates and Consultants), Jaipur for the year 2026. This internship is structured for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in litigation through sustained, hands-on engagement. Interns will not be limited to observational work and will be expected to actively contribute to ongoing matters and internal processes.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 6 months to 1 year
