About the Job :
AP & Partners is hiring for its corporate practice in Gurugram and has opened up applications for the positions of associate and senior associate. The work is largely domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital, and joint ventures.
Eligibility :
(i) Senior Associate: 4–6 years PQE
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Associate: 1–3 years PQE
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
