About the Job :
Fair & Just Legal Solutions LLP, a corporate law firm based out of Noida is hiring Legal Associate having PQE of 0-2 years. Please note that candidate working in the corporate law firm (or law firm dealing in corporate, banking and finance matter) can only apply for this position.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B. from a reputed university (CS qualification will be an added advantage);
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) A candidate must have experience in handling corporate, banking and finance matters including good knowledge of corporate and banking laws.
(vi) A candidate must be having working experience in a reputed law firm and must have a good communication and negotiation skill(s)
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
