About the Job :
The Chamber is looking to engage Junior Associates who are committed to building their litigation practice and are capable of working across a diverse range of legal matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of prior litigation experience.
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office
(vi) Candidates should be well acquainted with legal drafting, legal research, client counselling, and handling court proceedings.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
