About the Job :
Divanshu Gupta Law Chambers is looking to hire recent law graduates (PQE – 0 to 2 years) for joining on immediate basis at their office in Jaipur.
Eligibility :
(i) Broad area of work is civil and commercial litigation along with white collar crime matters.
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office
(vi) There will also be transactional law/drafting/documentation and due diligence work.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
