Kanoon Wise is looking for Freshers & Junior Advocates who are ready to work on real clients, real matters and gain practical legal experience.
Eligibility :
(i) Freshers & Junior Advocates who want to learn, handle clients, draft, research and assist in litigation.
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
