About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Virtual Mediation Internship Opportunity at Outofcourt.in for the year 2026. This exclusive, hands-on learning opportunity is limited to a cohort of 8 law students per month. Selection is based on candidate responses to a short questionnaire. Intake will close early once a cohort is filled, so early applications are strongly encouraged.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are expected
Responsibilities:
• Handled cases on a case-to-case basis and reviewed case facts and documents.
• Analyzed legal drafts, judgments, and relevant precedents.
• Conducted legal research and prepared case summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinated with clients, advocates, and court staff regarding case proceedings.
• Assisted in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
Duration : minimum 1 months
