Strider Search has opened up applications for the position of a lawyers having 4-5 years PQE experience in Technology and Media and advisory work for an opportunity with a Tier-1 law firm. The team is known for advising several Tech and media clients, including OTT, social media platforms, digital media, music labels, print media, broadcasting companies, technology and AI companies etc.
Eligibility :
(i) Advocates with approximately 4–5 years PQE experience in Technology and Media and advisory work.
(ii) Genuine interest in litigation.
(iii) Ability to conduct independent legal research.
(iv) Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
(v) Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Responsibility :
🔹 Advising on 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜
🔹 Drafting, reviewing and negotiating 𝙎𝙖𝙖𝙎 and other 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙖𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
🔹 Acquisition and licensing of 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨
🔹 Handling production of original 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩; 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙨
