About the Internship :
The ProActive Legal invites applications from dedicated, enthusiastic, and career-oriented law students seeking meaningful exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, and advocacy. This internship is designed for students who aspire to develop practical legal skills while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a dynamic litigation environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv)Strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 1 Month
