About the Job :
Pinnacle Law & Associates is looking to recruit law graduates with 1-3 PQE, having a keen interest in litigation across various courts, forums and tribunals. Must have impressive drafting and research abilities.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Candidates with a keen interest in litigation.
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and sharp negotiation skills.
(vi) 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
(ii) Conduct legal research and case analysis.
(iii) Support dispute resolution and financial law matters.
(iv) Interact with clients and maintain case records.
(v) Work closely with advocates and legal professionals.
