About the Job :
RM Law Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for advocates with litigation experience to work on matters before the Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and other legal forums in New Delhi. The selected candidate will gain significant exposure through drafting, research, and court appearances while working in a dynamic litigation practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Candidates with a keen interest in litigation.
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) Have prior experience before the NCLT, NCLAT, or the Supreme Court of India (preferred).
(vi) Have 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
(ii) Conduct legal research and case analysis.
(iii) Support dispute resolution and financial law matters.
(iv) Interact with clients and maintain case records.
(v) Appear before the Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, and other legal forums in New Delhi.
(vi) Assist in handling litigation matters across various practice areas.
