About the Job :
Blackstone Centre for Legal Studies has opened up applications for the position of Law Associate to work with them. Salary would be discussed at the interview.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Candidates with a keen interest in litigation.
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) At least 4 year of experience as an Advocate in any court of India.
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
(ii) Conduct legal research and case analysis.
(iii) Support dispute resolution and financial law matters.
(iv) Interact with clients and maintain case records.
(v) Appear before the Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, and other legal forums in New Delhi.
(vi) Assist in handling litigation matters across various practice areas.
