About the Internship :
RJS Legal Associates is expanding its litigation team and is hiring a Junior Advocate and Legal Interns. The opportunity offers hands-on courtroom exposure and active involvement in litigation matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Familiarity with legal databases and basic procedures
(vi) Good communication and analytical abilities
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Assisting in writ drafting and legal applications
(iii) Assist with drafting and court-related works
(iv) Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and case briefs
(v) Provide administrative and paralegal support to the legal team
(vi) Attending Court hearings whenever required.
