About the Internship :
The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Vikram Nath, Supreme Court of India, is accepting applications for internships on a rolling basis, for the periods of 12th July 2026 to 31st August 2026; 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026; 1st October 2026 to 6th November 2026; and 16th November 2026 to 18th December 2026.These are the only available options as per the Supreme Court’s calendar and your certificates shall reflect the same period.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Familiarity with legal databases and basic procedures
(vi) Good communication and analytical abilities
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Assisting in writ drafting and legal applications
(iii) Assist with drafting and court-related works
(iv) Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and case briefs
(v) Provide administrative and paralegal support to the legal team
(vi) Attending Court hearings whenever required.
