About the Job :
Aneja & Aneja is hiring an Associate Advocate (Litigation) for its South Delhi office. The role involves handling litigation matters end-to-end, including case preparation, court appearances, and client advisory.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) 5–10 years of experience in litigation
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Good in drafting & reviewing agreements, pleadings, documents, etc.
(v) Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and advocacy
(vi) Good communications, research and presentation skills
Responsibility :
(i) Manage cases from filing to trial, ensuring timelines are met
(ii) Conduct legal research on case law and statutes
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs
(v) Handle evidence gathering, witness interviews, and discovery
(vi) Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediation, and arbitration
(vii) Negotiate settlements where appropriate
