About the Internship :
Sanjay Grover & Associates is inviting applications for Company Secretary Trainee positions, offering exposure to secretarial audits, due diligence, corporate actions, and regulatory proceedings.
Eligibility :
• Candidates interested in Company Secretarial practice may apply
• Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared all groups of the Professional Programme
• Strong interest in corporate law, company law and compliance is desirable
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with secretarial audits of listed and unlisted companies
• Conducting due diligence
• Assisting with various corporate actions
• Exposure to corporate law and compliance matters
• Assisting with appearances before regulatory authorities
• Exposure to matters before the NCLT
Duration : Minimum 1 Month
