About the Internship :
RSA Law Consultants is inviting applications for offline Legal Internships during October, November, and December 2026, offering practical exposure to corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate advisory work.
Eligibility :
(i) Students pursuing their 4th or 5th year of Law.
(ii) Exposure to legal drafting.
(iii) Strong legal research skills.
(iv) Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
(v) Ability to conduct independent legal research.
(vi) Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.
(v) Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
Duration : Minimum 1 Month
