About the Internship :
Seagull Staffing Solutions is inviting applications for a full-time Legal Intern position at its office in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. The opportunity is open to LLB graduates and is intended to provide practical exposure to legal research, drafting, documentation, case preparation, filings, and coordination with clients and legal professionals.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on various topics
• Drafting legal articles, petitions and applications
• Analysing court judgments and legal developments
• Improving legal writing and editing skills
•The Legal Intern will be responsible for conducting legal research on laws, regulations and case law, assisting with the drafting and review of legal documents, agreements and notices, supporting case preparation and maintaining legal records, assisting with legal documentation, filings and follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, advocates and other parties.
