About the Internship :
White Collar Professional is inviting applications from law students and recent graduates for the position of Legal, Compliance & Finance Research Intern. The internship offers practical exposure to legal research, drafting, and compliance-related work in a professional environment, with opportunities to work closely with the legal and finance team on real-world assignments involving corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on various topics
• Drafting legal articles, petitions and applications
• Analysing court judgments and legal developments
• Improving legal writing and editing skills
• Interns will work closely with the legal and finance team and gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, compliance-related work, and real-world assignments involving corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
