About the Internship :
Tilleke & Gibbins is now accepting applications for its 2027 Summer Legal Internship Program. As one of Southeast Asia’s leading full-service law firms, Tilleke & Gibbins offers aspiring legal professionals the opportunity to learn from experienced lawyers and consultants across a wide range of practice areas. Interns gain exposure to sophisticated legal matters, develop practical skills through meaningful assignments, and gain insight into the legal and business issues shaping markets across the region.
Eligibility :
(i) Students pursuing their 4th or 5th year of Law.
(ii) Genuine interest in litigation.
(iii) Availability for a running internship of at least 6 months.
(iv) Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
(v) Ability to conduct independent legal research.
(vi) Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.
(v) Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
Duration : 4 weeks
