About the Internship :
White Collar Professional is inviting applications for the position of Legal, Compliance & Finance Research Intern. This is an opportunity for law students and recent graduates to gain practical exposure to legal research, drafting, and compliance-related work in a dynamic and professional environment. Interns will work closely with the legal and finance team and gain hands-on experience in real-world assignments involving corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility :
(i) Law students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year course or recent law graduates.
(ii) Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and corporate/finance law.
(iii) Good command over written and spoken English.
(iv) Familiarity with MS Word and legal documentation.
(v) Basic understanding of statutory compliances and corporate governance.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on various topics related to corporate law and compliance.
(ii) Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
(iii) Ensure compliance with statutory and corporate regulations.
(iv) Collaborate with team members to review and analyse legal documents.
(v) Maintain and organise research databases and documentation.
(vi) Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations.
(vii) Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends.
Duration : 12 weeks
