About the Job :
RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys is inviting applications for a full-time Lawyer to join its Gurugram office. The role involves working on both contentious and non-contentious trademark matters and is suited for professionals with prior experience in IP law.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 5–7 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
(iv) Prior experience in an IP law firm or corporate IP department (minimum 5 years)
(v) Knowledge of law and awareness of latest legal developments
(vi) Excellent communication and drafting skills
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Good knowledge of legal drafting
(iii) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
