About the Job :
RKG Solutions is hiring for an Associate.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate – M&A, PE
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
(iv) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general laptop use.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Good knowledge of legal drafting
(iii) Experience in Title Search work
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
