About the Job :
AG Chambers has opened up applications for the position of associates with 0-2 years of experience. Areas of practice are Commercial Disputes, IPR, and Arbitrations. The nature of work will involve drafting, research and court appearances.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong research, drafting & litigation skills
(ii) Highly proactive, communicative, prompt, and comfortable in coordinating via phone/ video calls for case briefings.
(iii) Good drafting and legal research skills.
(iv) 0 to 3 years of PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation
