About the Job :
Applications are hereby invited from fresh law graduates and advocates with 0–2 years of experience for the position of Junior Associate at the Chambers of Counsel Mr Pradeep D. Gandhy.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong research, drafting & litigation skills
(ii) Candidates must demonstrate dedication, diligence, and commitment to professional excellence.
(iii) The role involves substantial drafting, legal research, and regular court appearances.
(iv) Willingness to travel across courts and forums within Mumbai is essential.
(v) Candidates must be enrolled advocates with 0–2 years of litigation experience.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation
(iv) Regular appearances, filing, drafting, and assistance in matters before: City Civil Courts (Mumbai, Dindoshi, Mazgaon) MahaRERA and Other Courts, Tribunals, and Authorities across Mumbai
