Eligibility :
(i) Strong research, drafting & litigation skills
(ii) Candidates must demonstrate dedication, diligence, and commitment to professional excellence.
(iii) The role involves substantial drafting, legal research, and regular court appearances.
(iv) Candidates must be enrolled advocates with 0–4 years of litigation experience.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation
(iv) Regular appearances, filing, drafting, and assistance
