About the Job :
The Chambers of Senior Advocate P. V. Dinesh is hiring a Junior Advocate for its office in Noida. The position is intended for advocates with prior experience in Supreme Court litigation who are available to join immediately.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Have 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) Possess strong experience in Supreme Court litigation
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Responsibility :
(i) Handle a broad spectrum of commercial and civil litigation matters with substantial responsibility, ownership and minimal supervision.
(ii) Draft, settle and review pleadings, applications, written submissions, legal notices and other litigation-related documents.
(iii) Undertake legal research and assist in formulating litigation strategy across diverse areas of practice.
(iv) Brief and assist chamber seniors and Senior Counsel in matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
(v) Appear before Courts, Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals and other adjudicatory authorities, commensurate with experience.
