About the Job :
The Chambers of Abhijeet Gupta & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Associate at its Gurugram office.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Lawyers with 1–2 years of litigation experience.
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) A strong interest in commercial and civil disputes.
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in handling commercial and civil litigation matters.
(ii) Draft, settle and review pleadings, applications, written submissions, legal notices and other litigation-related documents.
(iii) Undertake legal research and assist in formulating litigation strategy across diverse areas of practice.
(iv) Brief and assist chamber seniors and Senior Counsel in matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
(v) Appear before Courts, Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals and other adjudicatory authorities, commensurate with experience.
(vi) Contribute to litigation-related work and case management.
