About the Job :
Sabharwal & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate in New Delhi from candidates with 0–3 years of experience, including freshers with litigation internship experience.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Candidates with 0–3 years of experience may apply.
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) A strong interest in commercial and civil disputes.
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in handling commercial and civil litigation matters.
(ii) Draft plaints, written statements, applications, and pleadings.
(iii) Make regular court appearances at Saket Court for civil, criminal, and family matters.
(iv) Brief and assist chamber seniors and Senior Counsel in matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
(v) Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
(vi) Contribute to litigation-related work and case management.
